DELIVERY TIMES:

Please allow approx. 3 days for delivery. Please allow an extra 1-2 days for delivery after a public holiday.

OUR STANDARD DELIVERY SERVICE - TRACKED (NON-SIGNATURE):

We use a non-signature required service as our standard service. This means that the courier will leave your package in a safe place and you do not have to be home to receive the package.

WHICH COURIER DO WE USE?

We use NZPost or Pass the Parcel for the majority of deliveries in New Zealand.

TRACKING COURIER ITEMS:

If your order has not arrived in the time frame above, please refer to your automated email containing your tracking number. We are happy to speak with the relevant courier service if necessary however in our experience issues are most quickly resolved by the customer speaking direct to the courier to describe specific features of the home where it may have, or can be left.

PICK-UPS, CLICK & COLLECT AND BROWSING:

We are not open for browsing in our warehouse as we are an online business.

URGENT ORDERS:

If your order is particularly urgent or you require a weekend delivery, please contact us to discuss what is possible and note this on your order.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

The manufacturers of DRI Sleeper are proud of the quality of their products, but very occasionally a product may develop a manufacturers fault or arrive damaged. We will do everything we can to resolve this situation to your satisfaction. 
If you email us at info@hellodrynights.co.nz and attach a photo – we can get it sorted as soon as possible.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

We will happily refund your product within 90 days of purchase.

Returned items must be unused items and be returned undamaged in their original packaging to us in Auckland, New Zealand. We need these to be in saleable condition.

Shipping is not refundable on returns.  Sorry – we can't accept change of mind returns where the item has been used.

SENDING AN ITEM BACK FOR AN EXCHANGE

If you would like us to return for an exchange you will be responsible for the cost of shipping in both directions.

MISSING ORDERS

If for some reason your order has not arrived, please contact us for a trace. If you have not notified us within 1 month of your order date, we cannot offer any compensation or replacement stock.
